Legal expert Marc Deschenaux declares that Mohamed Ayachi Ajroudi and his partners have sent “a final firm offer, valid for ten working days” to buy OM from Frank McCourt
It sounds like an ultimatum. Mohamed Ayachi Ajroudi and his partners present this Wednesday “a final firm offer, valid for ten working days”, to buy OM from the American Frank McCourt.
They propose to buy back OM at “the acquisition price, by taking over all the debts and expenses relating to the operation of the club, duly justified, that they have incurred since its acquisition”, according to a press release from lawyer Marc Deschenaux.
Takeover of # OM, continued. In a press release from the lawyer Mr. Deschenaux, “Mr. Mohamed Ayachi AJROUDI and his partners resolutely reaffirm their will and their ability to acquire OM”, referring to an offer, “their last firm offer, valid for 10 working days”. pic.twitter.com/GVRepHs7tE

“The club is not for sale”
Frank McCourt does not intend to sell OM. The lawyer of the American Olivier de Vilmorin put an end to the negotiations in an email consulted by AFP: “The club is not for sale, Mr. McCourt does not wish to engage in discussions. This email is “formal and final”.
